At Nail Rendezvous, we guarantee all services provided. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please inform us within 5 days from the original date of your service to correct the issue. However, due to the artistic nature of this business, Nail Rendezvous does not provide a refund on services already provided.
Cancellation and Lateness
Our goal is to provide exceptional service, so please be on time to enjoy the full length of your appointment. In an effort to respect everyone’s time and busy schedules, late arrivals can use their remaining time to enjoy their service or reschedule for another day. However, a reschedule is treated as a missed appointment and a $15.00 fee will be applied. In addition,
Nail Rendezvous also requires 24 hours when canceling an appointment, so that we may have enough time to offer that appointment to another client. A $15.00 fee will be applied for appointments cancelled or rescheduled without the 24 hour notice. This fee MUST be paid prior to your next appointment.
No Show Policy
A no show to your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 75% of the price for the scheduled service.
In addition, if an appointment is missed, on-line booking benefits will also be suspended, and a credit card will be required to book future appointments. Appointments are confirmed via-email.
Gift Certificate Policy
Nail Rendezvous gift certificates are good for 5 years from the date of purchase. After 5 years the gift certificate will be void and have no value. Gift certificates have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
Nail Rendezvous reserves the right to refuse service.
